- 3 large egg whites
- squeeze of lemon juice or 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 or 3 drops of food colour optional
Drop by teaspoonfuls or use pastry bag 1 inch apart onto foil. Bake on the top level of your oven for 1 hour, you may need an extra 10 minutes.

- 1 tbsp finely grounded pistachio nuts (optional)
Drop by teaspoonfuls or use pastry bag 1 inch apart onto foil. Bake on the top level of your oven for 1 hour. When done, dust with cocoa and sprinkle ground pistachios if desired. Enjoy!
